Appointments, services, and payments are arranged directly between the horse owner and the individual provider.

Amenities provided by Sunshine Meadows Equestrian Village are subject to its rules, maintenance schedules, conditions, and availability.

Stalls cleaned multiple times per day and bedded with fine-flake shavings
Scheduled paddock turnout

Quality hay and an individualized feeding plan using available barn feeds

Fresh, clean water provided in stalls and paddocks
Blanketing and fly sheet service using owner-supplied items
Routine administration of owner-supplied supplements and preapproved medications given at regular feeding times
Parking for up to one 2-horse trailer

Our Full Service Boarding option is perfect for owners who want peace of mind knowing their horse is receiving top-tier care every day.

Partial Boarding - Ideal for owners who prefer to be hands-on with their horse’s daily care while still benefiting from a quality boarding and riding facility.

Includes:

Stall and paddock access with pre-scheduled turnout times
Fresh water in stalls and paddock
Designated storage space for owner-supplied hay, feed, and supplements

Owner Responsibilities Include:

Providing and feeding all hay, feed, and supplements
Cleaning and bedding the stall using shavings purchased from AMP Stables & Boarding
Moving the horse between the stall and paddock at scheduled times
Blanket and fly sheet changes
All other routine daily care

Our partial boarding service is a great option for hands-on owners seeking a more involved daily role in their horse's care.

Seasonal boarding offers flexible arrangements for short-term and extended stays.
